Hemos pasado casi dos meses en el apartamento con nuestro bebé de ocho meses y nuestra experiencia fue muy positiva. El apartamento es sencillo, las calidades son básicas y hay varias cosas mejorables, de las que destacaría dos: un equipamiento de la cocina demasiado básico y una cerradura defectuosa (pide las llaves físicas!! El sistema de apertura con app es un desastre) El piso cuenta con muchos puntos para disfrutar lo mejor de Cádiz: localización excelente, buena luz, terraza grande (maravillosas vistas hacia el sur) y un edificio con mucho encanto y vecinos encantadores. La calefacción funcionó bien en invierno. El anfitrión, una agencia local, respondió rápido y con agilidad. Solo no lo recomendaría a ancianos, pues hay un tramo de escalera que se hace complicado con maletas. Para nosotros, la experiencia fue muy buena.

Absence du numéro de l’immeuble dans la rue sur la réservation , accueil déshumanisé ( aucun contact relationnelle autre que SMS) entreprise qui se veut touristique mais personne ne parle français , donc pas à la hauteur de ce qu’elle devrait être , code wifi erroné sur les instructions écrites , ouverture de porte électronique capricieuse . L’immeuble est vétuste et l’escalier qui mène à l’appartement est raide et étroit , difficile pour des personnes âgées avec valises . On a apprécié le service de gardiennage de bagage .

This apartment is in a great location. Easy to walk everywhere You do need to be fit and able to climb plenty of stairs to get up there. It has a nice roof terrace , good air con and fan if needed The kitchen is reasonably well equipped and the photos give a good representation

The place was ok, although it felt like it was not very well maintained. There was a lot of things that seemed quite old, or were broken (wobbly chairs, plastic broken of chair and toaster, outside table falling apart, half of the stove didn't work). Also the doors were not sealed well and with the wind they constantly banged (had to put cardboard in the gap). The kitchen doesn't have a door and the bedroom door is very thin, so it was difficult for our baby to sleep while we were cooking or doing anything inside. The terrace was nice. We didn't like the lock solution for the apartment: you always have to open and close the door with your phone and the mechanism is very loud (so leaving the house when someone sleeps is not possible and leaving the house without a phone isn't as well), plus sometimes the mechanism didn't respond (not sure how it would behave in case of a fire which made me feel a bit uneasy). Overall, it was ok but we felt it was too expensive for the state of the place
