La Mosteiro is a newly constructed Indo-Portuguese villa located in Badem in the quiet village of Assagao, on top of a hill with forests offering peace and tranquility along with ultra-modern amenities and a private pool. This spacious villa boasts sloping roofs on the first floor, perfectly manicured gardens, a double-height staircase, covered verandahs and terraces, and spacious rooms with large windows. This 3bhk villa can accommodate upto 6 guests comfortably and has full GENSET backup.. Lose yourself in the serenity that encompasses the peaceful locality of Badem, Assagao, and rediscover a life where mornings are spent daydreaming and the evenings, star gazing. Slow down, listen to the sounds of nature – the chirping of the birds, the rustling of the leaves as the cool sea breezes blow, and at times, savor the sound of silence.. The villa is centrally located, the famous Vagator beach is only 20 minutes away, and the white sand beaches of Mandrem and Ashwem are just 30 minutes away. Bedrooms This villa has 3 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. The bedroom on the ground floor has access to the private garden, and on the first floor, the master and guest bedrooms have a spacious and furnished covered balcony attached to them. Comfortable double beds and dark window sheers in the bedrooms ensure uninterrupted sleep. For our guests who would like to avoid climbing the stairs, the ground-floor bedroom is situated right next to the kitchen in the villa. Living Area As you enter the villa, you first walk into a spacious living-dining area next to a kitchen. This room also has windows that open into your private garden and a covered furnished courtyard along with a private pool, where you can lounge or enjoy a drink by the pool. The villa also has WIFI and tata sky connection for those who like to remain connected on vacations. Housekeeping & Services This villa is part of a gated community with 24/7 security. Housekeeping services include cleaning the villa once a day between 10 am - 5 pm. We provide towels and linen as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to conserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of after every 3 nights. The villa is equipped with a GENSET in case of a power outage (which is frequent in Goa). We can’t wait to have you experience a stay in our home! POOL SIZE: Pool Size: 29 ft. x 11 ft. x 4.5ft. Please note: For bookings for 28 nights or more, we offer a monthly discount. In order to avail of the discount, the water, electricity, linen & towels laundry, and GENSET bills will be charged as per the actual bills, in addition to the villa rate. We collect a security deposit of INR 20,000 in cash at the time of check-in against these costs.
