Here there are 2 bedrooms - one double and one twin room - as well as a bathroom with shower, kitchen and dining area. The whole of the lower ground floor of this Chianti villa rental is devoted to a private spa area, complete with Turkish bath, sauna and jacuzzi. Outside, the private pool and jacuzzi is set in stunning, well manicured gardens. Adjacent to the pool is a BBQ area, perfect for al fresco dining. Please note that the owners will provide a complimentary clean and complete change of towels midway through your stay. Air conditioning and heating are additional costs to be payable locally. These are 0.50 euros per cubic metre (approximately between 150 and 300 euros per week) and 4 euros per square metre respectively. City taxes must also be paid locally on arrival.
