Myself, my bridal party and my sisters stayed at David’s place for a few nights before my wedding. The house had amazing views from every room, lovely light for photos, as well as plenty of parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - it was a magical experience. However, there were a few quirks. The house is architecturally beautiful, but could use some updating and TLC, particularly the bathrooms. The top bunk of the bunk bed did not look or feel very stable - we used one of the small mattresses instead. I cannot see how you would sleep 12 as the listing suggests is possible, definitely not comfortably. The fridge is also quite small, although there is a separate freezer and we discovered another fridge in the garage. We were also not provided much in the way of loo roll or bin bags, but 7 women are probably different than 7 men. Overall we were really happy with our stay. We just wish the house had a couple of adjustments to be the perfect luxurious spot!

Peaceful, comfortable and the most incredible view. We loved the beach and great that there’s a little cafe for breakfast.

We loved our stay at Muriwai, the views are amazing and David was so helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay again :)
