Wow, where do I even start? Elaine and Rory's penthouse in Nilaveli, Sri Lanka, was just out of this world. Right from the get-go, walking into their place was a breath of fresh air—literally. It smelled amazing, and everything was spotless. It reminded me of walking into a super fancy hotel, but with the added bonus of feeling right at home. The views? Absolutely stunning. Waking up and just seeing the beach right there was a dream come true. And the jacuzzi! Clean, with a view that made every soak an experience to remember. It's the perfect spot if you're looking to just get away from it all and enjoy some peace and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed, which was great for nights we felt like cooking. Checking in was a piece of cake, all thanks to Rory’s spot-on instructions. Plus, they’ve thought of everything—even a place for your driver to stay if you have one. Honestly, a solid five-star experience. If you're on the hunt for a private, luxurious beach getaway- book it now!

Lovely penthouse right next to the beach, amazing views and the jacuzzi at night is the cherry on top. Well equipped apartment with everything you need. If we come back to Nilaveli this is where I'd go again. Thank you Rory and Elayne!

We loved the apartment. Incredible view, great balcony, wonderful jacuzzi at the roof top, AC in all the rooms, very good security .

We had a great stay at Elaine’s place! The apartment is very clean and provided us with the amenities we needed for our stay. The kids loved the beach and their rooms! It was also nice to be able to wash clothes in the apartment, although detergent and dishwasher tabs were unfortunately not provided. We would definitely recommend the apartment for an enjoyable stay in Nilaveli! Thank you Elaine for hosting us during our Sri Lanka trip!
