Just back from a wonderful stay - what a comfortable, stylish and completely relaxing stay it was. Beautiful home, and spotlessly clean. We were so lucky to have had great weather, and this was the perfect base for exploring Sidmouth and surrounding areas. It is just a few minutes stroll to the high street and down to the sea front, but it was also a perfectly quiet spot to escape back to and enjoy the breeze from the river. Would definitely recommend !

Rosanne has thought of everything to provide a wonderful letting. The garden is delightful with a small private seating area overlooking the river. There were 6 of us but we didn't feel at all crowded as there are lots of comfy seating areas to choose from. We had a fantastic weekend and plan to return!
