I stayed at Tea’s place with my friend Hannah for 3 months during our first semester studying abroad in Tbilisi. The apartment is in a convenient location - near to the main station and a 15 minute walk from Marjanishvili street (where our classes were). It is situated in a secluded courtyard, meaning it was quiet too. Inside, the apartment is really cosy, warm and beautifully decorated with lots of plants. It does feel smaller than the photos look, but it was perfect for the 2 of us. It may be useful to note that one of the bedrooms is the same room as the lounge. The kitchen is well equipped and the shower and washing machine work well. The beds were very comfy. Tea was friendly, helpful and responsive throughout our stay. She visited multiple times to help us with the new heating system. She even helped me receive a parcel sent to me by my boyfriend from the UK! Overall, Tea’s place was good value for money and we have many special memories staying there🥰

Very nice location, around 10 minutes by foot from Tbilisi central railway Station. Very clean, very cozy apartment for big family. You can drink coffee in the famous Tbilisi courtyard. The owner takes care of you, therefore you will find tea and coffee in the kitchen, the bathroom also has everything you need. You will feel like you are in the best and lovely hotel.
