This is our go-to-place to stay when we stay in the Phoenix area. The house is clean and well-kept. Nice shady outside places to enjoy the hot AZ sun and to be welcomed by Joe's friendly dog. Kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. The bedroom is cozy, but very comfortable. Like the first time we visited several years ago, the bathroom is very clean and spacious. This points to the owners' tenacity to keep their property like it were new. The house is within a few blocks of the ASU campus and the Mill Ave district which makes for easy walking. Being in a university neighborhood, there is associated street and foot traffic, but the house sets far enough from the street that the sounds are minimal. The train runs behind the house a few times a day. That's not a deal breaker for us, but potential renters should be aware. Sky Harbor airport is only 10 minutes away, making for an easy exit to the skies when time to go home. Hope it's available the next time we visit!

This place exceeded all of our expectations! Joe was extremely friendly and easy to work with. Its location is perfect - in a quiet little neighborhood but close (we walked or took scooters everywhere) to lots of restaurants and things to do.

This place is so clean, quaint and fun. Enjoyed the front and back seating areas. Fairly quiet, but do hear airplane noise especially early morning and later evening. could walk to many places on university ave and Mill st. We didnt cook much in the place, but kitchen was well stocked. Bed very comfortable and bathroom large. Met both guys and were very friendly. Easy access to scottsdale, botanical garden and zoo. Definitely would stay again. We were visiting Tempe for our son's surprise birthday party.

Overall a very nice stay! Joe was very responsive and the house was clean and as described. The floors in the kitchen are insanely creaky, but easy enough to ignore since the rest of the house was not as bad. Loved the small details that showed its trailer charm.

I love staying at this ABNB. It is my second stay. TheABNB is clean, lovely outdoor area and inside nice.y decorated. It is great spot for older renters ie walk in shower and one step to enter. The only downside is the zTV. We called Brian when we couldn’t get decent channel’s ,he came immediately. Only option for watching TV are 2 Smart TV’s with LG channels.Also streaming using personnel password. ( so take passwords). We tried to delete. Prior password but not successful. Asked for credit card and we felt uncomfortable. We watched TV on I pad. We are elderly so we retire early otherwise not a problem.
