There is a Keypad for entry. You'll then have access to a fob/gate remote to use during your trip. The heated pool is new and maintained weekly. There is a full patio set and BBQ as well for use during your trip. This newly updated home has 2 spacious bedrooms: 1 with a King bed, and the other with a twin and a Full. There is also a pull out couch in the family room ( green couch in the photos). Think of this as your home away from home including an office space and high internet speeds for those who are "working from home" but in the beautiful Florida sunshine! There is one other studio unit at the rear of the property that offers an additional queen bed and bathroom (shower/one sink vanity/ toilet). We like to keep this as an option for guests who would like extra privacy or just need additional space.
