房东很友好 ，一直在给我们提供便利 。也会定期安排保洁来打扫卫生，居住环境也很优美。

La résidence est récente et exceptionnel ,il y a de nombreux services (cinéma privé ,karaoké privé, plusieurs piscines pour les enfants et parent. La vue depuis l'appartement sur KL est parfaite car il est situé en hauteur (46eme). Nous étions 5 et l'appartement est grand. James nous a livrer l'appartement seulement 1h aprés notre réservation de dernière minute . Les magasin et restaurant juste au pied de l'immeuble sont très utiles et on trouve tous ce qu'on a besoin. Je recommande définitivement cette appartement pour tous type de voyageurs. Il n'y a pas mieux en rapport qualité prix.

James is a great host so kind, wow what a place the gym ( there are two) tennis, football, basket ball, indoor badminton, two pools I could go on and on, the place is a spacious three bedroom great for families. Lots of playing grounds and the magical gardens. We watched movies in a private cinema, did karaoke, we homeschool there’s plenty area for that. We paid our own electric but it wasn’t much at all. I love this place so much and we got cleaner once a week. Best month ever and host is kind brought a treat for my daughters birthday just awesome nothing bad to report !!!

Very responsive and helpful host, price superb worth as the unit was amazingly comfortable and facilities there are so much, this unit has a GREAT view of KL, but mostly what I liked was host attitude so friendly ❤️ Me and my family have a great stay and will definitely stay again for next visit, thank you so much Host Jame💕

Pro: clear check in instruction, responsive and helpful hosts..cleanliness not bad also, we need to check in earlier and the host allowed us to do so, he got the house ready for the early check in on time. They have an assistant there who is ready to help whenever there is any issue. Cons: the assistant mixed up all the access cards and gave us the wrong card so we are not able to park our second car inside the condo. I told the host on the first day and the assistant also gave us the extra card but also unable to use also. Hopefully the host can get this sorted out otherwise it will bring inconvenience to the guests when we go in and out from the condo.
