Beautiful and charming villa, it could however, benefit from some additional tlc. Pros: Aesthetic villa, beach front, spacious rooms, lots of areas to commune - perfect for large group, freedoom for videoke and cooking, pool, ref, freezer, fully equipped ktchen even plastic wine glasses, courteous and kind careteaker, prompt response from host Cons: Room airconditioning could be better, seems the hp did not match roomsize, water dispenser didn't get cold, dusty and rusty e-fans; some pillows are old and have stains, bathroom sliding door is hard to close,ours was stuck, glass door is only half tinted- privacy concerns, terrace rails are rusty-be cautious not to lean, aircon near the stairways is drippinng making stairs slippery, some pool tiles have algae formation, beach&sea is really rocky(this we are aware but a risk that we took) With it being fully booked often, I hope they use it to buy new pillows, e-fans, aircon, h20 dispenser, and fix broken things;

We enjoyed the stay at the Villa Nueva property to celebrate our mother’s 70th birthday. The property is very clean, the views of the beach/ocean are amazing, the private pool is a very special touch. Also, the caretakers, Lynn and Marvin were always accommodating and so helpful. Each room had its own private bathroom, which was very nice, but unfortunately, some of the doors were unable to close all the way or easily. We would recommend a Wi-Fi booster or a second Wi-Fi router for upstairs since the rooms upstairs had no Internet access. Despite the issues with the lack of Internet access in the rooms upstairs, we plan on a return trip, because the property is beautiful, clean, peaceful, large, and the kitchen was very well equipped and serviced all of our needs.

Catherine's place is really great, especially if you have your family with you because there are many rooms and are spacious. It's a long way from where we came from but worth the trip. The cleanliness of the place really resonated with me. Love that there are places to gather, to play, talk and eat together at the ground and 2nd floors. The beach and the pool are clean, too. There's a long shoreline to walk so we were able to have our exercise and exposure to vitamin D. Sunsets and moonshine are memorable. Evelyn, Marvin and son were great company. I hope we will have another opportunity to return. Thanks for sharing your place, Catherine!
