Our stay with Vacasa was less than ideal. If I could rate 0 stars I would. First of all there is a major plumbing issue. We stayed for 11 days. I called right away w/the already broken blinds & plugging of the toilets. (Even when you flushed water!). I had to plunge them at least once a day! Was told that someone would tell the local Vacasa - NO ONE reached out to us to solve the problem. Called a 2nd time same issue - same response. Parking is ridiculous - yes there is a garage, but anything taller than a sedan won't fit. On-street parking is also ridiculous - there are so many cars on the streets - it makes it difficult to pull out/in of the driveway. No dish drain to wash by hand. NO cleaning products for surfaces. "Starter Pack" is lame - for the cost!! Not family friendly. On top of all that - I spent over three days trying to extend our stay. Got the run around from Vacasa & Airbnb. Each blamed the other for not being able to fix the extended the stay. Avoid!!

We could never find the thermostat for the downstairs floor and so it remained quite chilly. The master suite I believe it is a full size bed, which is quite small for two people.
