Overall I was very pleased with the booking and it was perfect for our plans (which was to take a short break with our family and meet up with some relatives who lived locally). Two minor points (that did not detract from our stay) - 1) The farmhouse’s charm is that it is very old, renovated to a good and comfortable standard, but as you might expect, the staircase is narrow and winding and a bit of a hazard for young children or the elderly. The risk is partially mitigated by a good quality child gate at the top of the stairs, but access to the wonderful upstairs lounge was not possible for one of our visitors. 2) There was a fair bit of rubbish/building material around the edges of the garden, which again was a slight hazard for the young children. I am nitpicking though and none of this would prevent us from booking again. I do note the property is on the market, however, so I’m not sure if that will be possible.

We had a lovely time staying at this Airbnb. Not only was the Airbnb beautiful, comfortable and clean, but Jeremy was also very communicative which helped the whole process feel very smooth and easy.

Stayed at the property to attend a wedding locally. Wish we could have been able to enjoy the surroundings more as it’s such a lovely property in a beautiful setting. The house is fully equipped with anything you could need.

Lovely place to stay with the family.. Very secluded and private but within walking distance to local village.
