It is located in the picturesque Fifth Section, a residential area, known for its wooded and quiet streets, our property combines modern comfort with the historical charm of the surroundings. When you enter the house, you will find large spaces and a decoration that combines rustic and contemporary elements. A cozy and relaxing living room, ideal for resting after your excursions or activities. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for those who want to prepare their own meals. You will find coffee, tea, sweetener, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, condiments and all the necessary appliances and kitchen utensils, you will enjoy the experience of cooking with fresh and local products that you can find in the nearby markets. The house has a very spacious master bedroom, with a comfortable queen-size bed and ceiling fan. The other bedroom has 2 and a half square beds, closets and hot/cold split, bed linen is always provided. The bathroom is very spacious and bright and is equipped with complimentary toiletries, towel set and towel for each guest and a hairdryer. We have a washing machine, centrifuge, iron, ironing board and clothesline. Our patio is one of the highlights of the house, where you can enjoy a breakfast or relax with a glass of wine at night. We have 2 cycling bikes for you to use during your stay, they are delivered with protective helmets, you can tour the center and the park whenever you want. The location of our house stands out because a few minutes walk away you will find shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and everything you may need. In addition, you will be close to the main points of interest of the city, 500 meters from the General San Martín Park, 7 blocks from Arístides Villanueva Street, a 20-minute walk from Plaza Independencia, among others. We have a fully covered garage 300 meters from the house, at no additional cost.
