Place was clean and comfortable. Once in the property it was quiet. Host had to be reminded to communicate through AirBnB. Once in the property Host was easily communicated with (ie sent photo of wall/radiator damage). Getting into the place was tricky as you have to enter property to get the carpark fob (go back to let the car in) which was a new thing for us. No instructions for heating, coffee maker etc. Property nice but booking was stressful so would not stay here again.

Normally Airbnb is fast and efficient then trying to book, this was a bit of a task having to wait for contract etc. I also had issues getting key code information for my check. again normally receive at the latest, 24hrs before check in. i had to chase up twice as still hadn't received anything until i had arrived in Shrewsbury. i cannot fault the property, it was very clean and had everything you would have in your own home. apart from poor booking process and check in details. i would highly recommend.

We were allowed to check in from 4pm and arrived at 8pm to find no gate fob for us to access the car park. I phoned up to ask where it was and they then told me it isn’t ready yet and it is still being cleaned. Once inside the cleaning firm said they were only clean the flat at 7:30pm, 3.5 hrs after we were allowed to check in. We left them to clean and when I came back one of the beds was made with pillows etc but the duvet had no sheet on. Overall a really bad experience and wouldn’t recommend based on my experience
