Beautiful place! Exactly like the pics. Felt at peace and at home. Check in was seamless, just submit all required docs on time. Only downside was the wifi did not connect when you are downstairs.

Great place - as described. Really cannot fault the actual unit at all, except for the fact that there is no backup power. And with loadshedding being a thing, you need to be prepared to sit in the dark for hours on end. We ended up checking out the evening before we were supposed to, as there was load shedding scheduled for most of our remaining time (6 - 8:30pm and then 7 - 9:30am). This is not the host's fault, but I guess they could at least install an inverter. Other than that, this place is really great. Well cleaned, well maintained, good amenities. One thing to note: start mentally preparing yourself for the strictness of Zimblai. The check-in process is ludicrous: 3 forms, copies of passports, check in at welcome centre, and each and every time you leave the estate you need to bring these forms and your passport with you. Oh, and you can only use one gate. I understand it's for safety, but it's just totally overkill.

Beautiful place, we had a bit of a problem with access codes. Host didn't respond in time even when I called she couldn't help me. The codes expired and i didn't get new ones. Had a problem checking out because I didn't have the code.

from the moment we arrived only trouble to acces the property…….. First the adres you get in the Wrong one !! its brings you not to the property its a high saved gates community, that not in the advertising. No visitors allowed ! Paspoort scans , finger print scans …. always ID check when you get in and out. cost you a lot of time. no Privacy statement. really really horribel codes are not working , host not available to contact , exit same problems codes are not working…. Its a jail to stay. When you lime youre freedom NEVER book here…. then the house….. its nice house , nice private pool Please Note : no sunbeds at youre pool !! NO infomap with wifi codes, you need to pull the modem down to get the codes. oven is not working ! no notice about that. remote, the batteries are all empty. the first morming I walked down… and I was sooo suprised … the was a maid in my house without any notice. please people don’t rent any house from r&r holidays …. the service is below 0
