Great as usual! I’ve been saying here for the last couple of weekends to attend weekend program for nearby school. Never have any concerns, everything is clear, communication is great, and lovely place to stay.

Perfectly described, this was such a cozy and comfortable space! I am amazed with the creativity put into turning a garage into an adorable, warm and inviting suite! Plenty of amenities. Very comfortable bed!! I would recommend to anyone 😊

Amazing as per usual! Everything you want and need from a Airbnb and then some. Alla is fantastic. Highly recommend! Will continue to be staying here for my next Utica visits.

The stay here was great while traveling to the Utica area! Right by the parkway so traveling anywhere was easy. I’ve been at a lot of airbnbs and have to say, this had one of the nicest bed/pillow and tv combinations ive been to yet. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town.
