Nice place to stay

We picked this place because of the location, which was great as it was right on the beach and close to a lot of things. However the place needs updates. First, the coffeemaker, so outdated that we were afraid to use it. Even the provided filters were the wrong size so we went across the street. Everything was squeaking, like the Murphy bed when we pulled it down and the table that came out of the wall. The main bed was too bouncy, it’s ok if u sleep alone. Overall the place needs upgrades and better instructions and directions. For example, where to find the jacuzzi.

The entire place was just lovely. Danny at the front was so helpful, welcoming and friendly. We will definitely book here next time.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I worked really hard to try to get a unit on the front facing the ocean, but ultimately was not able to. Still, it’s in such a beautiful location that the views from the roof and even the opposite direction up the hills were very nice. We could see a little bit of the coastline from around the corner of our unit off the deck. They had a brand new gas barbecue grill and a very large patio, which was really my favorite part of the unit. We had a little bit of a mixup when we checked out, the card we left for our incidentals was charged for the full cost of our room, even after we had already paid Airbnb. It took a lot longer than we thought to get this charge reversed (one week), but once Heidi was alerted, she was on the case and got it taken care of.
