This is a great cozy apartment, located near the various medical facilities surrounding Mountainview Hospital. However, the real hidden gems here are your hosts, Reza and Patrick. They were incredibly helpful with any needs I had during my stay and are the type of people anyone would be happy to have as friends. If you are looking for a convenient place to stay in this area, you won't find better hosts than Reza and Patrick.

Great hosts and super comfortable and easy to talk to! Very hospitable and welcoming and very responsive. The backyard is cozy and adorable, and I felt very secure. Would definitely stay here again!

I spent almost 3 weeks playing in the WSOP and Patrick & Reza's place was the perfect escape from the craziness of the strip and the WSOP. They are the consumnate hosta, and I always felt like I was among friends. The space itself was perfect for me; I was doing some remote work along with the poker, and the wifi was fine for video conferencing and online work. Just a superb place to stay while in Vegas. About 15 minutes from the Strip and 35-40 mins from Mt. Charleston.

The outdoor space alone made the stay great! The plants and flowers all around the patio a beautiful! I enjoyed having my breakfast on the patio every morning of my stay. The studio was very clean and the use of space is very efficient. It was the perfect spot for me to stay for my first trip to Vegas. It’s a quiet neighborhood, close to everything. I highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed!!!
