Apartment with direct access to the beach and the maritime promenade, in the most modern area of Cullera and with the widest beaches of the bay. Protected dune area that creates an atmosphere of nature and tranquillity away from the hustle and bustle of the most populated area. Refurbished flat. It is air-conditioned and its terrace has a folding glass enclosure that provides extra comfort and privacy. Parking space included in the flat service. Kitchen/dinner to the living room, connected to a terrace facing the sea. The bedroom has a 180/190 cm bed and access to the same terrace. The second bed consists of a 90/190 folding bed unit with a bed mattress. In both rooms there is a television, 55''' and 32'' inches. The bathroom has been renovated and has a large shower tray and screen. The terrace is spacious, with 5m sea view and 3m deep. The comfort of the first floor is its quick connection to the outside without passing by lifts and the close sea views.

Amparo et son mari sont très réactifs et ils nous ont donné tous les détails liés à la réservation et aux activités autour de l’appartement. Nous avons eu un séjour très agréable dans leur appartement, qui est à deux pas de la plage, face à la mer. Le logement est très fonctionnel, confortable et très bien équipé. Amparo nous a préparé le lit bébé ainsi que la chaise haute. Pour notre aîné, nous avons utilisé le lit du séjour qui est très confortable. Je recommande à 100% cet appartement, son emplacement et ses hôtes.

Amparo and Pedro were responsive, welcoming and accommodating. We were able to check-in earlier in the day and they offered flexibility around the check out time too. Great communication with the host. The apartment is modern and clean, as shown in the pictures. It has a stunning view on the San Antonio beach. It's located within a walkable distance from shops and restaurants. The host created a lovely folder informing of local shops, restaurants and attractions. The apartment has everything you need for a stay including beach towels, kitchen is well-equipped too. The foldable bed is more comfortable than you may expect as it has a proper mattress. We're visited at the end of March and the whole building was nearly empty and really quiet (the town too!). It became more lively during the Easter week and you could hear neighbours and people on the corridors more but it wasn't too disturbing.

Fantástico alojamiento para disfrutar de la playa unos días con tranquilidad. El apartamento está muy cuidado y equipado. La amplia terraza es fantástica. La piscina del alojamiento también está muy bien, y con poca gente, lo que daba gusto darse un baño en cualquier momento. A destacar la amabilidad y atención de los anfitriones, facilitando en todo momento la llegada y estancia en su apartamento. Recomendable y para repetir si volvemos por la zona.

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en el apartamento de Amparo y Pedro. El apartamento esta totalmente equipado, no le falta detalle. Las zonas comunes muy cuidadas con una gran piscina y acceso directo a la playa. Totalmente recomendable

Espacio" residential complex at the southern end of Cullera's seafront promenade, on the beachfront. It is the most spacious area in terms of urbanisation, as it is close to the natural dunes that form part of the Albufera natural park. The beach is extensive, with more than 150 metres of fine sand from the promenade to the seashore.
Behind the complex there is a wide avenue and a park, which gives access to the rest of the tourist area and the village. This area stands out for the tranquillity it offers, as the bars, restaurants and leisure areas are many metres away.

Walking distance to many local destinations. Ease of movement by car, motorbike or bicycle/scooter with cycle lane (these means of transport can be rented). Local train station with direct access to Valencia railway station (RENFE).
