We selected that house based on the listing of heated hot tub. The hot tub was not heated when we arrived and took 3 days to heat. There is a camera with listening capability in the house.

Overall, the house had enough space for my family to accommodate 8-9 people. Majority of the home was clean. When I arrived, the bathroom toilet in master bedroom was left un-scrubbed and looked like it was in the process of being cleaned. I had emailed the owner about the thermostat because it was cold in the home and also noticed a diaper that was on the outside faucet (sent a pic) and did not get a response until the following day after I had sent a second email which was understandable since it was Christmas weekend. The furniture was nice, but I noticed the decor had price tags still left on some items and was unsure what that was about. We did not use the pool after all due to many pigeons that were gathered on the roof and had pigeon dropping on the outside area where you sit and in the pool/spa. The owners provided enough amenities for laundry, cooking and dining and neighborhood was in a nice area.
