Welcome to our charming and cheerful two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Montrose! Attached to our 100+ year old house, this upstairs unit features a sunny and expansive deck, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or al fresco dining. Inside, you'll find a comfortable queen bed in one bedroom and a bunk bed with a full and twin mattress in the other, as well as a full-size sofa bed in the living room. With room for up to 6 guests, this apartment is perfect for families or small groups. Inside the apartment, you'll find all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. There's a stocked kitchen, full bathroom with a shower, and even a washer and dryer, so you can pack light and have everything you need right at your fingertips. Need to catch up on work during your stay? There's even a workspace in the larger bedroom. We have high speed fiber optic internet in the apartment.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Erin's place. Everything was as advertised. The amenities were fantastic! One thing to note is that the shower is quite small which was fine with us but it could be difficult for some people.

What a perfect little space! We felt right at home. it was comfortable and beautifully decorated. A block away from a cute little coffee shop, Horsefly Brewing and Phelanies Speakeasy! The neighborhood was cute and safe and walkabke. It was perfect for our overnight stay in Montrose and we would definitely book again.

For outdoorsy folks, Montrose is the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. With Black Canyon National Park, camping, hiking, and gold medal water fishing nearby, there's plenty to do in the area. And if you're looking to venture further afield, Telluride is just a short drive away.

Hi there! My name is Erin, and I'm excited to be your host at "The Bloom," our cheerful apartment in Montrose. In addition to being a mom of twins and taking care of our dog Bandit, I also enjoy gardening in my free time. My partner Paul and I fell in love with Montrose after a trip in the fall of 2019. We were drawn to the friendly service, access to exploration, and slower pace of life. During the pandemic, we found this beautiful 100+ year-old gem downtown, which was previously used as an office space. We've since added charm back to the house and transformed it into a bright and cheerful space that we're excited to share with you.
