Villa Dimi consists of two parts (main residence and guest rooms) separated by a large terrace (patio) that forms one unit together with the terrace in front of the villa and the swimming pool. With incredible views of the sea and the mountains and facing west to enjoy every evening an amazing sunset. All rooms have AC units, mosquito nets, electric shutters and the free WIFI signal is amplified by a Mesh system. The beach and the village centre is 5 min walking The main living area consists of a cosy living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The living room has a full-width sliding door, beautifully overlooking the pool, terrace, village and sea. The living room has a dining table for six, a comfortable seating area and a smart TV. Adjacent is Villa Dimi's master bedroom with a double bed, spacious fitted wardrobes, a separate toilet, a sink and a walk-in rain shower. This room also has a sliding door with the same view as from the living room. There are two guest rooms in the other part of Villa Dimi. Both rooms have sliding doors opening onto the patio. Both are also equipped with spacious built-in wardrobes and a walk-in rain shower. One guest room has a double bed, while the other guest room has two single beds that are joined but can be pushed apart. The latter guest room also has a smart TV. The guest rooms are separated by a room with two sinks and a separate toilet. Between the guest rooms and this room are sliding doors for any desired privacy. All bedrooms have mirrors; the guest rooms also have a small worktop. Outside, there are 4 teak sunbeds around the infinity pool, and a spacious dining table with a sitting area and fans above the table to keep you cool, as well an electric sunshade to protect you of the afternoon sun. Children are welcome at Villa Dimi, but for the very little ones, it is important to note that there is no fence around the pool and terrace neither shallow end. These hazards are at your own risk. Pobyt w willi u Susany był bardzo przyjemnym doświadczeniem. Sam dom jest nowoczesny, bardzo wygodny, świetnie zaprojektowany i zapewnia wspaniałe widoki na zatokę i miasteczko. Super sprawą jest ogromny stół na tarasie, przy którym można miło spędzić czas podziwiając cudne zachody słońca. Susana jest bardzo sympatyczna, komunikatywna i pomocna. Polecam to miejsce :)

Had a great time here, the apartment is lovely and a great set up with bedrooms each side of the outdoor veranda space. Fabulous view, great pool and close location to the local restaurants and a beach 5 minutes drive away. Susana was friendly, helpful and quick to reply with any queries. Nothing to fault here at all, 5 star all round!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Dimi in Paleros! Susana was an amazing host and so friendly and accommodating- happy to help us with any issues, recommendations etc. The villa itself is beautiful, we loved waking up to the mountains and sea view, plus pretty sunsets at night. It was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Everyone loved the pool, which was cleaned every few days. We are a family of 6 with people of all ages and thought Paleros town was perfect for us - not too touristy and lots of Greek culture, Tavernas with great food and lovely views, friendly and helpful locals, supermarkets very near the villa (a small one a 2 min walk, a bigger one just a few mins drive), a beach which we never actually visited as there are nicer ones a 5 min drive away (Ammos nearby, Vathiavali 25 mins away). We definitely recommend having a rental car as there isn’t much to do for the day in the actual village. Would 100% recommend😊

We had a absolute great stay in Villa Dimi. The place is new, fresh, and modern, and really met all our expectations. Hopefully we will be able to come back another time. Our hostess, Susan did a fantastic job, contributing knowledge and advice, making our stay the best it could be. Susan was proactive and responded rapidly on all our request. All in all a great experience!

Villa Dimi is located in the beautiful village of Paleros on the Ionian Sea. The Villa has great views of the sea, the village, the island of Lefkas and the village of Pogonia. The sunset is right opposite Villa Dimi and
shows a breathtaking spectacle of beautifully coloured skies and clouds, when the sun goes down behind the Lefkas mountains.
5-minute walk away, is the village centre with a big choice of restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and supermarkets, and also the village beach and harbour.
A long sandy beach runs from Paleros to the village of Pogonia. This beach has several beach bars where drinks and food is served, with loungers and parasols. There are also water sports facilities. The beach is extremely suitable for children, as the first 10 metres into the sea are shallow and there are not waves. After the village of Pogonia, there is a bay with a great beach: Vathiavalli beach including a beach bar for drinks and snacks.
On the other side of Paleros, the 18-km-long coastal road leads to the village of Mytikas. This coast has many small unexplored beaches. In Mytikas, boats can be rented to sail to the islands of Kalamos and
Kastos. Near Paleros are the larger towns of Lefkas and Preveza for shopping and/or eating in the atmospheric and cosy old neighbourhoods or at the harbour.
The Ionian Sea off Paleros is enclosed by Lefkas, the mainland and the islands of Meganissi Kastos and Kalamos.
It is a very attractive sailing and cruising area. The ports of Lefkas and Preveza, as well as the many small villages, are full of sailing and motorboats. The breathtaking turquoise sea is surrounded by dozens of beaches. There are many opportunities to rent a sailboat or motorboat.
The island of Lefkas also has many picturesque villages and is surrounded by many sandy beaches that are counted among the most beautiful in Greece, like Porto Katsiki.
At somewhat greater distances there are sights such as the Meteora monasteries, the picturesque seaside resort of Parga, and the Zagori villages from where there is access to the Vikos Gorge.

Aktion internation airport (PVK) is only at 25 min drive from Villa Dimi, and can be reached directly from Schiphol Airport.
Airport transfer can be arranged.
Car is not needed to access and move around the village but will make much easier to move around and explore the beaches and towns around.
Rental car can be arranged in the villa too as well as bicycle and scooter.
Alternatively you can use the local taxis as there is not public transport.
Free parking space is availabe direct next to the villa.
