I stayed at Chris’s place for 5 months while I was active duty and transitioning to retirement. Chris’s place was perfect proximity to Scott AFB. The house is a perfect space and had everything I needed. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. If I needed anything Chris was just a text away. During my time there Chris picked up my mail when I was out of town, immediately called the internet company when the internet went out and helped me fix a power outage when I blew a fuse. It was great to know that Chris was near by to assist me if I needed anything. I highly recommend Chris’s place, because this historical house is adorable (built in the 1900’s but fully updated), the surrounding area is charming and Chris is an amazing host. If I ever come back to Mascoutah Chris’s place is the only place I would want to stay. Thank you Chris for making my time there so stress free and wonderful

Third time we have stayed here. Always clean. Comfortable. Host is easy to work with. Responds quickly. Nice quiet house.

Beautiful clean home in a quiet neighborhood located a stone’s throw from main street. Nice walkable restaurants and stores nearby. Chris was a very responsive host. He promptly addressed all inquiries and was very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this host and his property. 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent host. Very clean. Easy to find. The black couch in the photo is as comfortable as it looks.
