very wonderful house great location walkable area clean and private lovely patio off kitchen with grill Mattresses were all comfortable great kitchen WiFi reception good Tai is an exceptional host you know he wants you to enjoy your stay and is always available to assist with anything really cannot say enough good things we had a lovely time with our family terrific place to get together

We enjoyed our stay at Tai's place. The home matched the listing description as it is. The home was very clean and neat. He was a very responsive host. Any questions and he responded immediately. I would very much recommend his place for anyone who wants to stay with friends and family around the Huntington Beach area.

The place was cozy, clean yet spacious kitchen and dinning room for a big family gathering to have decent sit-down dinning time. We didn't use all the bedrooms available, but there were 4 bedrooms and a huge sofa that can easily fit 10-11 people if you have large family. Tai was a wonderful host who responded promptly to any questions. And he can be very flexible with check in, check out time. Will definitely book this house again when we have family gatherings in Huntington Beach. The location is walking distance to In and Out burger,Walmart, Habit burger, Matsu Japanese restaurant, Italian restaurant, Thai restaurant and a bunch of other local restaurants. Walking distance to St Vincent de Paul church. Biking distance about 3 miles to the beach. 1 mi away from HB Crntral Library with a park there. Overall, it was a great stay for my family.

Tai is a lovely person. He could not be more accommodating, kind and personable. He went above and beyond. He provides everything you need. He went out of hs way to make sure we had everything. His house is beautiful. Ten minutes from the beach. He was willing to allow a Sprinter van be parked outside. He was always responsive. Cannot say enough nice things about the experience.
