Nice clean apartment, had everything I needed. Heaters worked fine, only needed the one switched on to keep the apartment warm. Shower pressure excellent. The car park was handy. I could have done with some clearer details on the exact location of the flat & key box but host responded promptly when I asked for that to be clarified as the exact address and lockbox location was never provided. The block itself is a bit run down but nothing the host can do about this really. The front door was temperamental to unlock at times. Could take a good few attempts, I was genuinely worried I was locked out at one stage. There was a bit of noise one night between 1am-2am in the stairwell with screaming and shouting. Again nothing the host can do but bare in mind it’s not the most tranquil of locations.

Ella's place in Kidderminster is ideally placed for visiting the seven valley railway. it's a 15 minute walk to Kidderminster town station. there's a pub next to the complex and plenty of choice of places to eat. The only thing that lets it down is the block management. Everything you need is in the flat, a washer/dryer, a fridge, cooker with oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. She even provided coffee, milk and sugar as well as hot chocolate and a bag of cookies. The bathroom had all the shampoo, body wash etc provided, along with towels and flannels. The living room has a smart TV and WiFi is available for your devices. All in all a great place to stay.

Perfect location for visiting family. Don't be put off by the pub next door and three takeaways on the same road. Noise isn't an issue I stayed for a week and slept with windows open. It's basic but clean everything I needed
