We had a confirmed booking from Airbnb but on the day of check-in (less than 2 hours before check-in), the host declined us because the place was unavailable. She did not even try to call us to inform us that our booking couldn't be served or offer to help us find another place to stay. The host was not responsive to text messages over mobile. We asked the host for the cancelation of the booking since it is non-refundable if canceled by the guest, but the host did not cancel the booking. We had to contact customer support to have the booking canceled and the amount paid to be refunded. Unavailable listings should be removed from the site to avoid hassles for guests. It was inconsiderate for the host not to remove the listing if it was unavailable.

The place is located about 5 mins. from the city, which is good. The host is very responsive and friendly. The place is clean, bedroom is quite big and the kitchen has complete utensils, you can definitely cook there. The only issue is that it has no tv and wifi, and the living room is a bit hot during the day (living room has no ac). But the ac in the bedroom works perfectly fine. So the place is definitely a 9/10 for me. Will go back for sure 👍
