Nestled on 85 acres, this private residence offers a stunning view of Oberon Lake and its natural beauty. Relax on the deck and soak in the gorgeous sunrises, admire the stars wrapped in a cosy blanket, or sit in the spacious lounge in front of a fire while taking in the breathtaking views from the comfort of the lounge. This property is perfect for a romantic escape for two or a shared vacation with friends. The residence boasts four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a spacious lounge featuring French Doors that lead to an expansive deck. Three bedrooms offer Queen-sized beds and direct deck access through French Doors. It serves as the perfect haven for a peaceful getaway, equipped with a cosy fireplace for chilly evenings. A generous supply of firewood is provided for guests during the winter months, and additional wood can be purchased if necessary. The house includes fresh bread, jams, coffee, tea, sugar, shampoo, and conditioner. Situated within 4 km of the Oberon Golf Club, the property is just a short drive from Mayfield Nursery and a short trip to Kanangra Boyd National Park, while the Blue Mountains are roughly an hour's drive away.

Eugenia’s home is surrounded by serene rolling hills with stunning views of the lake. The decor is beautiful and we were welcomed with the wood fire warming the home. Eugenia was kind enough to leave a cheese platter, fresh milk and eggs as well as sourdough for us. Comfortable bedding and well appointed kitchen. Thank you again!
Our stay at this location was perfect. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even made us a cheese board. The outlook is stunning, peaceful and I have no complaints. I highly recommend this place. The host is responsive and flexible with check out times etc. We felt at home and would stay here again.
Eugenia was a great host keeping us informed throughout the process. Her house is beautiful, spacious and clean with stunning surroundings. The little bonus extras were a nice surprise. I wish we could have spent more time there.
We had high expectations based on reading comments from former guests, and confirm that everything that was said there is true. But our feeling of our 3 night stay was beyond those expectations. Eugenia makes it a point to welcome guests. upon arrival, with a warm smile and … gifts:wine cheese for us, a delight for us French people. She shows you around amenities that are many. There is everything you could thing for, high quality cooking equipment and accessories. Bedding is very comfortable. Decoration is top notch with paintings and other artifacts gathered from her travels. The house is immaculate, and the view is beautiful and peaceful! And now a little anecdote: The day before Australia, on the way to Oberon we took a short walk and I fell badly and and hurt my elbow. It was late and there was no open pharmacy around. I felt so lucky to find a first aid kit in the house. Yes Eugenia pays attention to details! In conclusion, we warmly recommend staying at Eugenia’s property.

Oberon is a picturesque town located amidst the Blue Mountains and the Kanangra-Boyd National Park. The town is renowned for its natural beauty which offers a perfect escape for a relaxing weekend away. The nearby Mayfield Gardens or Jenolan Caves is a must-see, or enjoy fishing in Oberon Lake, which is accessible from the privacy of our property. The town offers all the amenities you would need, including local shops, pubs, pizza bars and cafes, all within a 10-minute drive from the property. A 40-minute car ride will take you to the stunning town of Bathurst, passing through O'Connell and visiting Tarana.
While in Oberon town don't miss the chance to check out Cooper's Antique Store. You'll discover amazing bargains and get to meet Michael, who epitomizes the friendly and welcoming spirit of the area. Moreover, Ecclectopia is a charming store that showcases an impressive array of artisan gifts and merchandise, including candles, throws, and local honey. Be sure to greet the lovely Chrissie, who will charm you with her warm hospitality and extensive knowledge of the region's products. Enjoy a cup of coffee or have breakfast in one of our cafes. There is plenty of parking available in our town for your convenience.

Traveling is a passion and I like to connect with diverse backgrounds. My journeys have taken me to China, Dubai, Singapore, Russia, Amsterdam, and various European locales. Paris, Russia, and Italy are my top travel favourites. As a host, I find immense joy in opening my home.
