Charming 560 sq ft apartment in central and authentic Parisian neighborhood. Living room, eat-in kitchen and bedroom. Home cinéma, Hi-Fi and thousands of films to choose from. Walk-in shower, queen-sized bed, AC. Everything you need to spend a day at home. Three metro lines, a fresh market, cheese makers, butchers, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops, all within a three minute walk. You'll love spending time here. PLEASE READ THE DETAILED DESCRIPTION BELOW BEFORE SENDING ME QUESTIONS ;-) Ideally located in a safe but lively and authentic neighborhood just above Le Marais, this apartment has a bedroom, a living room with a sofa-bed (I switched for a more comfortable one in 2023), an all-equipped eat-in kitchen and a walk-in shower. It is on the first floor (second floor for United States) with no elevator. It has a top of the line home cinema with a videoprojector, a 120-inch screen and a 5.1 HiFi sound system on which you can play your own music. The library contains thousands of films for all audiences, board games, and books and comics in English. There's WIFI at fiber optic speed (400 Mbps), Netflix, Canal+ and Amazon, a tablet to control the lights and the home cinema, play music on the sound-system, and surf the internet. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, French press, dishes and silverware, and everything else you need to try high cuisine ;-) In the bathroom you'll find a hairdryer, towels, soap and shampoo, as well as a washer-dryer combo. The apartment is well-isolated, calm despite the lively neighborhood, and the neighbors won't bother you. Upon arrival you'll also find my guide for the neighborhood restaurants and shops, and instructions for the apartment's hardware. You'll be greeted at my home, unlike some cold place made just for tourist locations (which are mostly illegal). I try my best to make this apartment as welcoming, elegant and useful as possible. Unfortunately I can't empty the fridge every time I leave, and the drawers will already be filled so your clothes will have to stay in your luggage. That’s for the minus sides. 强烈推荐给想体验真正的巴黎生活的人。 房源：该房源不像一些连锁经营的民宿，房东本人平时也住在这里，只有出差或者不在巴黎的时候才会在airbnb上出租。因此房源的质量有保障，不用担心被上任房客弄坏的家具设备影响你的旅行，生活用品也很齐全，各种锅碗瓢盆调味料都有。数不清的影视光碟和书籍展示着房东的爱好与品味，也能成为你在家时享受不完的消遣，同时有Netflix和Apple TV，也可以直接从自己的设备上投屏，总之在家时绝对不会无聊。配备全套的影音系统，观影效果很棒，同时看似有点老旧的门隔音效果很好，只要关上门，就算开再大声音也不用担心打扰到邻居，当然也不会被邻居打扰，也只有平时自己也在此居住的房东能注意到这种细节。隔音方面邻居很好很安静，我是比较容易被噪音影响睡眠的那种人，住了三周没有一晚被噪音影响到睡眠。由于二层且窗户临街，街上有车经过的时候听的还是比较清楚的，不知道是由于疫情外边人少，还是窗外那条街本来就清净，总之街上的噪音也不多。缺点是热水器的容量不是很大，热水开到最大洗20分钟左右就没热水了，要等十多分钟才会再烧好。 周边环境：周边环境真的很加分。就像房东在描述里说的：忘掉玛黑区吧。住在景点周边或许能方便你游玩，但这就好比在北京住南锣鼓巷，一出门全是游客，你不是住在巴黎，而是住在景点。而这个房源出门左转，街道上排满了肉铺熟食店、面包店、红酒店奶酪店、酒吧、披萨店、越南菜和便利店，不光数量多而且质量也都很好很美味。右转过一条小马路就是一个小公园，成群的鸽子在里边游走，不知怎的巴黎的鸽子又胖又不怕人。这是我第一次来巴黎，我无权评价真正的巴黎是什么样子，但我相信我在这条街上看到了，也亲自体验了最普通的巴黎人的生活，一切元素都唾手可得。而且此处的交通也十分便利，步行三分钟内可到地铁站，十多分钟可到共和国大街，巴士底广场和圣马丁运河。如果你想体验纯正的巴黎生活和巴黎人的日常，此处是你的不二之选。 房东：Maxime非常友善，我们抵达时他亲自迎接了我们，向我们介绍了房间里的各种设施和使用方法，也为我们准备了很详细的指南，包括如何使用房间里的设备和附近值得一吃的店铺，他不会秒回你的消息，但据我观察，巴黎的绝大多数房东都做不到这一点。事实上因为房间里的设施足够完备，我在入住期间也无需再向他提出什么要求。 总之，很幸运找到了Maxime的房源作为我们留学生活的第一站，很幸运能感受到巴黎真实的烟火气息。在这里，巴黎不再是充满奢侈品的都市，这里具有在任何景点都无法体验到的魅力。谢谢Maxime的招待，真希望未来还能再次住到奥贝坎普小街上，再次感受到它独特的，令人着迷的魅力。
这是一位导演的旧邸，坐落于奥贝坎普地铁站步行约三四分钟的地方。导演拥有丰富的影剧作品收藏，如入宛委名山，令人惊叹。在这里住上几晚，能够充分感受巴黎这个城市的毛孔和呼吸，非常难忘，还想再一次来。
En recherchant pour mon séjour à Paris, je me suis dit que ce serait compliqué. Je suis tombé sur le logement de Maxime en pensant que ce serait peut être un peu moins bien que sur les photos. La réalité? Un logement splendide. Le mélange des genres au niveau de la déco nous a beaucoup plu. Un vrai cocon! Posez vous avec un whisky glace dans le salon et laissez divaguer votre imagination face à cette multitude de livres, films… un petit boudoir qui laisse sans voix! Je me suis vu au fil du séjour indiana jones, Baudelaire, Audiard, Godard et Lellouche avant de revenir à la réalité … il faut rentrer! Merci Maxime pour cette escapade parisienne ! Quartier sympathique avec de nombreux commerces différents !
Maxine’s apartment is a quirky place full of books, dvds, and cinema paraphernalia. Location is perfect. The coffee machine is a huge plus. The shower is excellent. Maxine is very responsive and accommodating, and provides a detailed manual of all things in the apartment.
An authentic apartment full of character and charm located in an excellent location, would highly recommend.

Forget the Marais, choking with tourists and very few Parisian. Here in my street, instead of Gap and Starbucks, there’s cheese makers, butchers, curio shops, bars, organic restaurants and even a barber. It's one of the few places in Paris I believe has kept its identity, with a subtle mix of new and old, rich and poor, hype and genuine.
Just outside you'll find :
A wine Merchant (Le verre volé)
An organic supermarket (Naturalia)
A delicious bakery (Boulangerie Landemaine)
A fresh market on Tuesday and Friday mornings
The best pizza in Paris (Ober mama)
Pints for 4,50euros (A la Folie)
An all night grocery shop
Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Vietnamese, Moroccan, and of course French restaurants, like Michelin's Le Villaret.
And many more!
Up the street are a lot of bars and nightclubs, making it one of the nice party spots in Paris. I used to go there long before I got this apartment. And the canal Saint-Martin is close.
Finally, it's very central, very safe, and I would recommend it to anyone interested in feeling the genuine atmosphere of Paris. Most of the touristic attractions are accessible within a 20 minutes metro ride, wether it's Montmartre in the north, Champs-Élysées in the west or the Louvres in the south.
You have 5 different metro lines close to the apartment (line 3 5 and 9 are 600ft away, line 8 and 11 are 2200ft), 3 bicycle stations, and a few bus lines.
The metro will take you straight to basically anywhere in Paris.
Parking spots are regularly available on Boulevard Richard Lenoir, just make sure not to park on the fresh market spot tuesday and friday mornings.
