Our stay exceeded our expectations. The house was very well cleaned and well stocked! Eric even put away our Walmart delivery groceries as our flight was delayed and moved the pack and play to the basement per our request. We will definitely be repeat customers. Would highly recommend.

Eric and Mency were very responsive. They provided great recommendations for things to do and restaurants. The place was clean and matched the description. The kitchen was stocked with basic necessities and had labels making it easy to locate items. Treats were a nice touch! When I mentioned we were travelling with a baby, they provided a pack and play making it easier for us to put down the baby. Deck was a great place to relax. Highly recommend!!

Lovely home located in the quaint town of Monument. Close to local shops and Monument Lake. The house was clean and very comfy. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive. Perfect spot for a weekend of relaxing.

We came out to Monument, CO to attend my nephew’s high school graduation. We stayed at Eric & Mency’s house for a week. It was such a wonderful house and perfect for all of us. The pool table was a great hit for my kids and parents. The location was perfect to the shops in Monument and the many things to do in the Colorado Springs area. The kitchen was well stocked with snacks, coffee and farm fresh eggs. My favorite thing about the house was the view from the back deck with my morning cup of coffee. I’m from NJ so I made sure I took in that beautiful view and mountain air everyday I was there. Thank you so much for a lovely stay. I would definitely recommend this house to others and would stay here again in the future :-)
