As you enter the property you arrive directly into the open plan hallway, living room, and open plan kitchen. Its perfect when you are preparing food and still being part of the family and action. The Master bedroom is situated spiral staircase, and feel very private with an ensuite, safe and double wardrobes which lead out onto a private balcony with stunning views of Tropez, a perfect place to enjoy a beautiful breakfast or to sip wine and relax as the sun sets. The double room is a bright light room on the ground floor the doors open out onto on the patio, garden and pool. It has its own large bathroom. The twin room is also on the ground floor and the doors open out onto the side of the house where the petanque court is located again with bath, shower and toilet. The garden and patio area is spacious and you can enjoy taking a dip in the pool, playing outdoor games or sunbathing - the garden is surrounded with bushes so very private. The pool is unheated and there is also a garage where the washing machine lives.
