From end-to-end, Frank & Sara were exceptional hosts and provided a memorable stay that we will always remember. A beautiful property with serene surroundings is a great way to relax and we couldn’t have asked for more. Five star experience, strongly recommend.

My stay at the farmhouse was great! I wanted to relax out of the city and thats exactly what I did. The house is spotless and comfortable. Every room felt updated. I stayed in the master and the bed has made me rethink my mattress at home. Couldn’t have had a better sleep.   I reached out to Frank with questions on where to eat and he got back to me right away. We walked into town for dinner and ate at Brix.. liked it so much that we went back the next night. We went to a winery called Benmarl for a few hours and that was less than a 5 min drive. The location of the house allowed us to do a lot more than I assumed we would and that was a huge perk. Cant wait to go back!

I wasn't sure if Frank’s home was going to be the right choice for us, as there weren't any reviews to go by and I almost always rely on them to decide where we'll stay next. Turned out that I'm so happy we took the chance. The house is beautiful, and we found it to be so functional for the family. We spent most of our time in the living room - nice big cozy space. The kitchen was super clean and inviting, and we easily found all the tools we needed to cook dinner during our stay. In the past, I've found that to be very hit or miss when at other AirBNB's, so I was really happy that everything I needed (and more) was available there. My favorite part of our visit, hands down, was waking up to the view of the hills and River from the master bedroom. That view on its own is worth the stay. If you're looking for a laid-back getaway, this is your spot.

WOW! This cute farmhouse blew me away, I wish I could buy it, that's how much I fell in love with it! It was so clean and nice, spectacular views and just an overall feeling of calm. This feeling of calm was important to me as I wanted a quiet retreat to meditate and escape the everyday hustle and bustle of city living. I have been wanting to visit upstate for a while after hearing how peaceful it is, this home and the cute town did not disappoint. My only regret is that I didn't stay for longer, I will for sure be back but, for longer next time. The host, Frank replied so quickly and was very accommodating. He was great at giving recs on where to go grab coffee or a quick bite which was nice. It's always good to hear recommendations from someone familiar with the area. 10/10 will go back!
