The house is located (west side) in a neighborhood with historic charm. Corner lot on rather busy street. Walking East was fun to see the old homes and the restoration effort; walking West was mixed office/industrial. A few walkable food and coffee options were nearby. In the house, we had access to 1 BR upstairs (2 beds), 1 BR in the basement (1 bed), 1 bathroom on each of 3 floors, LR, DR and kitchen. In the BRs, the linens & pillows were past their prime, but the mattresses were ok. BYO shampoo, soap and conditioner. 1/2 of the fridge was available for use. We encountered ants in the kitchen (warned by host); decided to keep all our food in our own coolers. The host provided complimentary K-cups, kitchen ware and cooking essentials, which was nice. The back patio was nice with some furnishings and a grill, although the area and furnishings were dirty, perhaps because spring clean-up had yet to be done (early April). There is a washer and dryer on premises (did not use).

Had a great stay. The house was exactly as described and beds very comfortable. Everything was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Loved all the decor and felt comfortable staying here.

This place is great! Love the piano! Love how walkable it is to great coffee spots. Great street side parking. Would definitely go back!
