Let's get the bad out of the way first. Bathroom was not as clean as I feel it should be. It was quite dirty on the floor/in the sink and the toilet paper hadn't been changed out. In addition, my friend's bed was cracked in the center (side) of the frame, and in the guts of the bed frame. Although not enough to necessarily worry a lot about the whole thing snapping in half, it still was a worry nonetheless. I feel as though that needs to be taken care of. There was also still garbage underneath the couch cushions. These things should be cleaned before guests arrive. The place itself was nice overall. Small, but cozy. Good fridge, nice sink, nice table, easy to close and unlock the doors to both the apartment as well as the parking gate. The gate definitely felt pretty secure & gave an extra layer of security. Bathroom although small, was functional. Again, I just wish it was thoroughly cleaned. I would reccomend this palce, as Qamar was also v responsive, but be ready to pre-clean.
