Relax with the family and enjoy the character and charm of this newly decorated Classic Kiwi Bach, Located down a quiet cul de sac overlooking Perehipe Bay, Whatuwhiwhi on the beautiful Karikari Peninsula. A few minutes walk through a bush track down to a lovely safe swimming beach. Perfect calm bay for swimming, Paddleboarding and water sports. Launch the boat off the beach ramp, spend the day fishing in Doubtless Bay or go out wide for game fish or off the rocks at either end of the beach. Wake up to the amazing sunrises and enjoy the spectacular views while relaxing on the deck. Nice comfortable Beds for 7 but could sleep a couple of extras on mattresses on floor. Fully fenced section with a double garage set up as a games room with table tennis and darts. The house is extremely well set up….We know what it’s like packing for a family holiday so have tried to provide everything you might need to reduce what you need to bring! All bedding, linen, pillows, extra blankets, towels and beach towels are provided and beds will be made up with fresh linen. Plenty of DVDs, books for all ages, cards, board games, and children’s toys. Also highchair, portacot, and two small children’s plastic ride on bikes. Bathroom supplies are provided.. shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Kitchen is well stocked with essential pantry items including basic breakfast cereals, tinned fruit and milk. A Nespresso capsule coffee machine is provided, along with tea, instant and plunger coffee. We have a ski biskit to use if you are bringing a boat, and a couple of old style kayaks and life jackets. Room to park a boat and 2 cars. Pets are fine by arrangement, but we ask that they stay off the furniture please. We are very flexible where possible with check in and out times….if we don’t have same day guests leaving and arriving we will usually offer earlier check ins / late check outs.
