This was the perfect place for our group’s stay in Melbourne. Close to everything and a lot of space for 7 people. We would absolutely stay here again

They have so many rooms in the second floor. So, if you have so many large baggages just like us, it required extra effort to bring them to upstair. We put all the baggages on the first floor. Then although the unit was in 14th floor, we still cant sleep wakeless because the building was in the middle of town (near the police station, tram station, etc). Then, we couldnt even drop our all baggages in front of the lobby area, because our car cant stop before the lobby. We need to turn around for three times just to drop the luggages. Finally, we parked at the corner which infact we cant stop there actually. Overall, the apartment was so clean, has a good city view, and near a lot of restaurant and queen victoria market.

We had a great stay. Plenty of room for 4 single women. Place was clean, and modern and comfortable. Very basic kitchen and bathroom needs supplied. We had everything we needed to cook a meal and prepare breakfasts. Beds were very comfortable. The apartment is well located, so we walked everywhere we needed to go. Tram stop right outside if required though. There is considerable traffic noise 24/7 - and while we noticed noise, it didn’t pose a problem for us. We would definitely stay again.
