We had a great stay at Karr's place. Even though it's an older building they did a really great job with the updates that they had done and it was super cute and homey. The beds were very comfortable and there was enough space for all in our party. Our only complaint was the shower didn't have the hot water that the kitchen and bathroom faucets did. However, once we notified Karr about the issues she was very responsive and she had asked for permission to have her plumber come and take care of it while we were out for the day. We came back and we got to meet her and talk as they were wrapping up. She was very apologetic about still being there and the inconvenience to our trip but I didnt mind and am very pleased to say she was super nice, helpful and the problem was fixed! Even upon leaving my daughter had left behind her headphones and she let us know and we were able to make arrangements to come back and get them. Would 100% book again if we ever are back in the area!

This place was so cute! It was perfect exactly in the middle of Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods. Karr was very accommodating and super sweet. I would definitely rent from the again when I come back in July.
