The house itself is spacious and has a lot of features. Like another review said - there is a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the house needed a deep, deep clean and other standard amenities were lacking.

Responsive host. Listing has potential with some cleaning, stocking the bathrooms and finishing the remodeling. Quite expensive for 2 people but probably better value for a larger family.

Bryan was super nice and very responsive. He was great about checking in with us about our arrival plans and making sure that everything was going well. This is such a cute house in and amazing neighborhood. I loved being surrounded by trees, big windows, a nice back porch, a gas fire, as well as a wood-burning -- which unfortunately we didn’t have time to use. The kids loved walking to the playground and swimming in the community pool. This is my favorite kind of Airbnb. The kind where someone has actually lived in it and it feels like a real house. We appreciated having enough hot water for a long shower as well as having plenty of pots, pans and tools in the kitchen. The furniture including beds were very comfortable! The fast internet, nice tv, comfortable living room, dining room, sunroom and porch made this the perfect home away from home for work and relaxation. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like citronella candles on the porch and a s’mores kit for the kids!
