Enjoyed my stay at Akini's place. Had a last minute booking and Akini and his team were responsive and accommodating. There was secure parking available and the apartment was very well stocked.

Let me start saying that Akini and SueAnn were very responsive. The price was worth the rental. The surroundings were beautiful, as his mom keeps an immaculate garden. I would surely stay here again. That being said, if you do not have access to a vehicle or taxi, the rental is at least a mile away from the nearest bus stop...something that not indicated, although I did ask more than once. A mile is not "less than 5 minutes walk" for the average person, and being that I have some issues, proximity to the bus stop was very important. Additionally, the neighbors own some wildlife, such as a rooster and talking parrot, so this is also something consider. Other than these unexpected happenings, the place was great. The kitchen is well appointed, there is air conditioning, cable, it was very clean, and Akini, SueAnn and Jenny (mom) were very helpful and did their best to ensure I was comfortable.
