The place has an amazing view of Ashton Valley and the seaside. Absolutely beautiful. The unit is a bit out of the way so I would recommend asking for the number of a local taxi. There is a bus in Ashton that can take you to Clifton, and as it is a small island taxi fares are not much. The people are very helpful. If you walk to Ashton it is about 10-15 minutes downhill. Chatham Bay is about 20-25 minute walk. The unit itself can fit two people and is very comfortable. There is no AC, but the fan is very good and there is a decent breeze blowing towards the building to help cool it off, so there was no issues sleeping. Just a note: the road to Chatham Bay is a rough dirt road so confirm if a taxi can take you there. It is a beautiful beach with a nice resort. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and would recommend this place.

We only did two nights at the property but felt like we should’ve spent 3-4 nights just based off the view. The location was up in the hills and located near beach that required a small hike downhill. Overall we really enjoyed the short stay and Rancil was very helpful every step of the way. Recommending the property to my father when he visits next year

I felt right at home, I adored the dog that came to visit the front door regular when it smelled food cooking. Reminded me so much of my dogs at home. Everything about the surrounding is exceptional, the hill might be a lil challenging if u dont like walking, but I'm into sports so it was easy for me and good exercise. The sunrise 🌅 in the morning is sooooo beautiful, you get the perfect view from the green house.
