Great place to stay, house was very clean and tidy. Pool was wonderful and everything was as advertised. There was noisy construction next door on the baseball field but I would imagine it will be done soon.

The house was decorated extremely beautifully, it was easy to locate, and was in a central location drivable to old San Juan, La Placita, the beaches, etc . We were a group of a 6 and although the sleeping arrangements worked perfectly for us I can’t imagine this house be comfortable for a party bigger than 6. I picked this airbnb because it had listed a 1.5 bath. It was not noted that the .5 bath is outside by the pool with no air and potential lizards running in and out. Which is perfect if there’s a pool party happening. However, 1 bathroom inside the house was a little difficult to navigate with 6 females. The bathroom was the only con. Everything else was a 10 out of 10 including the host being extremely helpful and responsive. Would 100% stay here again, just with a smaller group. Alejandro was VERY responsive and helpful the entire stay.

I give this property a 4 out of 5. Another full bathroom HIGHLY recommended, and TVs in all 3 rooms not just two.
