The apartment requires a major renovation. Pros: - to the metro station 5 minutes on foot, the metro goes to the center - safe neighborhood - close (10 minutes) to the shopping center - close to the Albert supermarket - large rooms Minuses: - poorly working ceiling lighting (for such a space, every second lamp did not work) - broken radiators - inappropriate location of power outlets - no hand soap despite the container (I don't require shampoo and bath soap) - no coffee/tea (few bags would be enough) - we were 4 people, and there were 3 cups, 4 plates (including one small) - 3rd floor, and the stairs seem to fall apart - dirty windows - soiled carpets Summary: I give a rating of 3/5, but only because of the location

Well organised and very clean apartment. The Place is fully equipped with everything needed for your stay, easily reachable from city center using public transport and by car as well. Monika is very friendly and cooperative. Had a very good time.

A nice apartment located close to a subway station and a big shopping mall; good connection to the center of Prague; free parking place. Washing machines and a dryer in the building were available for free.
