The only reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars was because the hot tub wasn’t working. We got there about 6pm when we got there we heard the hot tub was on I assumed it was hot. I probably should have checked. By 8pm we were ready to use the hot tub but it was cold it said 104 degrees so I’m not sure what the problem was. My husband was looking to see if he could fix it but he was unable to get it hot. I’m sure we could have messaged host to come fix it but it was getting late and my husband was worried it’d take too long, he’s not a night owl so he doesn’t stay up late. But everything else was perfect. The location was private and the little house was so cute. Inside was clean and just enough space for the two of us. It really is the perfect little getaway spot for two people. It’s crazy cause it looks like it’s in the middle of nowhere in the mountains but it’s right in the city. I highly recommend this spot and I’d be happy to go back again!

lovely and cozy stay! when we arrived unfortunately there was a power outage due to high winds and the host was kind enough to drive out to us to bring us candles and matches until the power came back. lovely stay!

Very gracious hosts! This A-frame cabin was beautiful. Only stayed for a night, but booked it last minute and had confirmation immediately. Host was extremely quick to respond to messages. Quality stay at a fair price.

Overall I was happy to leave a 5 star review for our weekend stay here. We wanted a weekend away that was close to home (we’re in Tacoma) but felt like a cozy cottage get away. This was great. A hot tub to ourselves, surrroudned by trees and nestled away from the neighborhood in a cute cabin with a loft. Plenty of ammenities: AC, heater, smart TV, plenty of cooking supplies, great water pressure and hot water. The bed as very comfortable and we felt thought of and in good hands. I have to say that if the listing clearly indicated in the title that it was in a Burien neighborhood, I probably wouldn’t have booked it. Neighbors blasted music all Saturday and night and we were not feeling the best vibe from the neighborhood while arriving, 2 nights for just under $1,000 seems like a bit of an over charge. The hosts however have gone out of their way to make this the best stay that they can.
