Let me start with this place is beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice. It was super clean, perfect space for a bigger group or for family. The fire-pit was the main focus for us, created so many awesome memories with our kids. I would say one of the few things I didn’t like was that we were provided just 2 toilet paper per bathroom, for the amount of ppl That we had and the amount of days we were there it was just not enough. Same with the bounty. I was trying to keep everything as clean as process, I had to get very creative. But honestly that’s the only thing that I would change that is under the owner’s control. I would def go again. I felt right at home.

My family and I had an amazing time staying here. The house is absolutely beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The house has everything you need, just show up and enjoy.

The house and the setting were outstanding. Super clean and modern. Great game room. Excellent outdoor space. We had a great family reunion/birthday celebration with relatives from Arizona. The community fees were a bit annoying in the beginning and even though they are listed in the description, it was still frustrating to have to pay more "fees" after booking. These fees were also for amenities that were not available in the winter months (i.e. pools and lake access), yet we were still responsible for paying them. There were also 3 separate parties that we had to communicate with in the days prior to the trip (owner, property manager, and lake community representative) which was confusing and overwhelming at times. Though not the fault of the owner, these little inconveniences were annoying to deal with prior to the trip. That all said, the property and house were exactly what we were looking for and we ended up having a great trip for my wife's 40th birthday.
