The place was a quiet and comfortable stay. There is only one lamp in the entire place, if you want to read you will need to move the lamp to where you are reading. There is no washer and dryer we had access to, even though it was listed as a "Entire Place" it felt more like a guest suite.

This space was truly what we needed for our Zion adventure. The location is stunning. The neighborhood was quiet and homey. The rooms are excellent size, super tidy, and really beautifully done. The home is equipped with essentials. The host took time to put thoughtful details into the home to enhance comfort like plush bathroom towels, incredible shower pressure, lots of extra cleaning supplies, towels, and linens. Richard was responsive, kind, and helpful with communication. I highly recommend this location.

Richard’s place was exactly what we needed! My family and I wanted a home base outside of Zion and this home was perfect. Not too far of a drive and excellent accommodations. Richard was always responsive and a wonderful host. We would absolutely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable and newly updated home. Richard was very easy to communicate with, and very flexible about letting us drop off our bags before check-in time. The home was in a quiet, beautiful location and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and firm. Everything worked flawlessly. It was an easy 30 minute drive into the main entrance of Zion. Also, I asked Richard the night before our check out if there were any check out instructions (strip the beds, run the dishwasher), and he replied, "You're on vacation, why would I ask you to clean?" Which is the nicest reply, and kindest sentiment I have EVER received from a home owner on airbnb, vrbo or any other home rental agency. Needless to say, I highly recommend this home and owner.
