Our villa is located 20 min drive away from the airport. It is FAR from the center, clubs/bars/nightlife, which makes it perfect for rest and relaxation away from it all. We are located at the seaside, so you can hear the waves from your unit. LOCATION =============== Located within walking distance from IBEROSTAR Hotel. IMPORTANT: the construction of large Unico Hotel is being carried out not far from our location. It does not cause any inconvenience for our guests, however, we still believe it is important to mention this here. HOT WATER =========================== We have a SOLAR HEATER so hot water can be limited at night or on rainy days. INTERNET ACCESS =============== We have fast internet connection 100Mbs. There might be area outages from time to time, as Jamaica is an island and no extra backup is available. EXTRA PEOPLE =============== This apartment is suitable for a maximum of TWO people. We cannot accommodate third person (even if the third person is a child) in this apartment. Please check our other apartments in the same house which are suitable for more guests. KITCHENETTE (private) ============== There is a kitchenette in this apartment. It's rather SMALL and with limited cooking facilities, but will be enough to fix any type of uncomplicated food for breakfast. We have other apartments, where kitchen is bigger, if cooking is highly important for you. There is NO MICROWAVE in the apartment. STUDIO BEDROOM (private) =============== There is one Double Bed in the room. Bedlinen is provided. Please view photos. BATHROOM (private) ================ Small private bathroom is available in the unit. Shower, mirror. Towels, toilet paper and soap are provided. We do NOT provide shampoo, so please bring the one that suits your hair type. PATIO (private) ========================== The access to the patio is available directly from your studio, where you can enjoy the view of the sea. PARKING ======= The secured parking is available inside the gated area at no additional cost. GARDEN ======= Feel free to enjoy the view of a true Jamaican garden at the back of our house, which includes such exotic plants as coconut, guinep, soursop, breadfruit, ackee and almond trees. GATED AREA. =========== Our house is located in our private secured gated area. There are CCTV cameras installed at every corner of our villa and we have a contract with KingAlarm security guards. We also have guard dogs, who are rather small and always friendly to our guests, but they don't let any strangers get close to the house, unless they are invited by us. AIR CONDITIONER =============== ONE air conditioner is available in the studio.
