These 2 lovely homes are perfect for your a large group or 2 family vacation and are next door to each other. Each has three bedroom & two baths. They are close to popular attractions, like Ruby Falls, Covenant College, Rock City, 8 miles to Chattanooga and several wedding venues. You'll love our high-speed internet, comfortable beds, multiple TVs, stocked kitchen, fenced yard and outdoor fire pits. With so much to see and do in the area, you'll love making memories at The Sweet Retreat 1 & 2. The houses are each 3/2 and were recently fully renovated. The Sweet #1 is the first property in the photos and has about 1580 square feet of living area. This property is fenced in the back yard which makes it perfect for your well behaved pup. Sweet Retreat #2 has about 1250 square feet of living area but the deck is larger than #1. Both houses have beautiful, large, and well stocked kitchens with stainless appliances and stone countertops. They also have built in air fryers in the ovens. I have also supplied a crock pot and blender in addition to most everything else you will need like spices and olive oil. The living rooms have plenty of seating, 8 in Sweet Retreat 1, and about 6 in Sweet Retreat 2. We have HD TVs in both living rooms and stream HULU with live TV. The dining areas seat at least 6 including bar seating. The main bedrooms in each house have king sized beds and en-suite. Sweet Retreat #1 has a larger closet and bath. Sweet Retreat #2 has a small but pretty en-suite and a small closet. Each has a TV. The second bedroom in both houses has a queen sized bed, closet, and HD TV. The third bedrooms each have twin beds separated by a nightstand. Sweet Retreat #2 has a TV in this bedroom but there is no TV in the twin bedroom in #1. The shared baths are near the second bedroom in both houses. We supply soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a blow dryer. Both houses have a deck, charcoal grill, and a fire pit. Sweet Retreat #1 is a favorite with pet owners since it's fenced. The driveways in both properties can accommodate several vehicles. Getting up the mountain is fairly easy. Many guests ask about getting a trailer up here and it hasn't been a problem. The roads are winding, but they are well maintained.

The homes are located in a semi-rural mountain area. Behind the properties is 22 acres with a cute cabin that has a copper roof. My sister and her husband own that house and together we own the 22 acres behind the two houses.
Just a bit north are Thrive townhomes and assisted living. Across the street are some beautiful homes that are "on the brow" meaning they have a fantastic view from the side of the mountain. It's quite quiet here but there is some traffic noise. Each house is about 90 feet off of the highway on 1/2 acre.
The nearest grocery store is about 8 miles (15 minutes) away, so swing by Publix or Food City on your way up the mountain. Publix does provide delivery via Door Dash. Chattanooga is at the bottom of the mountain, 8 miles (15 minutes) away. Downtown Chattanooga is about 25 minutes away. The Lookout Mountain roads are winding but usually easy to navigate. We get a lot of fog which can make it difficult to drive.
We have plenty of parking for your vehicles. Sweet Retreat #1 can accomodate 4 or more vehicles if you park behind each other. Sweet Retreat #2 has a circular drive that can accommodate 5 or 6 cars. Both driveways are gravel.

(A perfusionist operates the heart lung machine during heart operations, lung transplants, and sometimes liver transplants.) My husband and I were in the restaurant business for many years too, so we know hospitality. We can't wait to host our guests. We live just a few minutes away from our properties and are available anytime.
