This quiet and tranquil 5th-floor 2-bedroom new luxury Harbour House condo unit has a balcony and views of the ocean and pool and is located on the marina in Downtown Oranjestad. It is centrally located to many great restaurants and shopping and is just a short drive to Eagle Beach and the other beautiful and spectacular beaches of Aruba! This beachy tropical vibe condo is great for one person, a couple, 2 couples, a guy and/or girl getaway, or a family. The main bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has a full-size bed, and the living area has a queen pull-out sofa. With 2.5 baths, the bedrooms each have their own bathroom with a shower, and there is an extra half bathroom. The condo unit includes everything you will need for a comfortable stay away from home with AC, hot water, a fully equipped kitchen, a BBQ grill, a washer and dryer, smart tv’s in both bedrooms and living area with cable and WiFi, 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a rolling cooler, and even card and family board games. There is an indoor numbered parking spot if you rent a car and explore what Aruba has to offer. It is also a short walk to the bus terminal, and taxis can always be requested as well. The following is provided in the unit once during a stay: starter set of hotel-sized soap bar, shampoo, conditioner & body wash in all 2.5 bathrooms; toilet paper rolls in each of the 2.5 bathrooms (one on the tp holder and a roll under the sink); small dish soap, one roll of paper towels, and a sponge to wash dishes, salt & pepper in the kitchen; one load size laundry detergent (on top of the washing machine). We want you to feel entirely relaxed and welcomed here in this apartment, where you will be captured by the attractions and amenities of the complex. Nearby you can enjoy fine shopping and dining, casinos, ATMs, food markets, and beaches. Plus, only 2 miles from the conveniently located Divi's 9-hole course.
