It perfectly suited our needs. We had just moved to town and needed a place to stay till we bought a house. It was very convenient for work and grocery shopping. I was able to cook a few meals there, Maya thought of everything and even left some snacks that were gluten free so I could have some too! There is an orange tree and grapefruit tree in the property that were just full of fruit, so we had fresh squeezed juice whenever we wanted. There was always and abundance of hot water. The only downside was a very small shower and no fences yard for our dogs, but we adjusted. Maya was very helpful when we needed something which wasn't that often.

Maya was exceptionally responsive, and her place surpassed expectations. It was not only neat but also radiated the same beauty depicted in the pictures. The accommodation not only provided all necessities but also went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

we stayed 3.5 months at Maya's while I was working at a local hospital. it was a great experience! the neighborhood is quiet and it's a good place for walking your dogs. she has off street parking but there is plenty of parking on the street if you need more. it's super close to a ton of restaurants/shopping. it's also an hour from LA if you leave at the right time, 3hrs it you leave at the wrong time. the apartment is very spacious. there are 3 TVs with Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon prime. the beds were more comfortable than most airbnbs. there are 3 sofas and 2 desks and plenty of storage space. the kitchen is very large with lots of storage space! the air conditioners keep the apartment cool when it's 100+ out. they have 2washers/dryers in the back. Maya and her husband are very communicative and are always available to answer questions. they even let us stay at their Airbnb in Long Beach to get away for a few days. we would definitely stay again and highly recommend the unit!
