Whether you're traveling solo or as a couple, Blue Finch Cottage is the perfect country getaway. Located on our 21 acre property and only 5 miles away from a grocery store or Starbucks. Even if you don’t have a dog, you’ll find our Cottage a peaceful home away from home. Be sure to add your pet to your reservation. We want to make sure to have things ready for our fury guests too. • Peaceful country setting. • Open concept living area. • 42” screen TV with Roku • Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, Keurig Coffee maker • Queen size bed with memory foam mattress • Private fully screened in back porch • Private fenced back yard, walking path for your pups. • Dog beds, blankets, food bowl, water bowls, supplied for our dog guests. • Designated Guest Parking. • 5 miles from local restaurants, shopping, historic sites and hiking trails. Please Note: We do allow up to 2 dogs. Please add your dogs to your reservation. House Rules for Dogs: 1. Maximum 2 dogs per reservation. 2. DOGS must be house-trained and up-to-date with all shots, including flea and tick meds. 3. Please ensure your WELL-BEHAVED dogs are ALWAYS respectful of the property and contents. 4. Please use provided dog blankets on furniture. 5. Leash your dog while outside to protect your dog and wildlife. We do have deer, coyotes, skunks, racoons, rabbits and sometimes a neighbor’s dog. Your dog does not need a leash in the enclosed back yard. 6. Please wipe off wet/muddy paws. We’ve provided towels and basket for used towels. 7. Pick up dog waste. We’ve provided bags, pooper scooper and a covered waste bin on the back porch. Please pick up dog waste if you take your dog on the walking path. 8. We ask that your dog be house trained, obedient and calm, respecting the property and contents. In the event of an accident, we’ve provided cleaning supplies. 9. If you leave your dog unattended in the Cottage, please take your dog out before leaving and limit the time you are away. 10. For your convenience there is a dog bed, water bowl and food bowl.
